Marsha Moed was a UFT member for 24 years, most recently as a principal’s secretary and office manager. She always appreciated the advocacy of the UFT in the lives of teachers and secretaries. Marsha was loved and appreciated by her colleagues, whether they were above or below her in the organizational chart. Her welcoming spirit, smile and desire to help people solve their problems and have a good day at work were hallmarks of her work life.
She enjoyed traveling and visited many places around the world with her late husband, Robert, and their traveling group of family and friends.
Marsha is survived by her daughter Jane, her son Gary, her son-in-law Wayne, her daughter-in-law Sandra and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
